How to Pair My Ceiling Fan to Phone Application

  • Download the free Carro Home app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Open the Carro Home app to create your account. Account can be registered through E-mail or phone number.

Four Connection Methods:

  • BIuetooth Connect (WIFI & BIuetooth on)

  1. Press“+” button into the device list, then a window will pop up to show you devices can be connected.
  2. Click “Go to add” (If you mistakenly click “Do not add”, please see “Do not add” steps).
  3. Choose device.
  4. Connect to your home WIFI, then switch to the app and wait for connection complete.

  • “Do not add” steps:

  1. Select “Electrical"(smart switch) or “Air Circulation”(smart ceiling fan) on the sidebar menu then select “Ceiling Fan Switch” or “Ceiling Fan” and tap next.
  2. Connect to your home WIFI and tap “Next” to wait for connection complete.

  • Auto Scan (WIFI & Bluetooth on)

  1. Press “+” button into the device list.
  2. Tap “Auto Scan” on the top.
  3. Wait for the device pops out and tap “Next”.
  4. Press “+” button to add device.
  5. Connect to your home WIFI.
  6. Wait for connection complete.

  • WIFI Connect-EZ Mode (WIFI on & BIuetooth off)

  1. Press “+” button to select “Electrical”(smart switch) or “Air Circulation"(smart ceiling fan) on the sidebar menu then select “Ceiling Fan Switch” or “Ceiling Fan” and tap next.
  2. Connect to your home WIFI (OnIy for4Ghz).
  3. EZMode is set as default, just tap “Next” button to wait for the connection to complete.

  • WIFI Connect-AP Mode (WIFI on & BIuetooth off)

  1. Smart ceiling fan: Press and hold the WIFI button on the remote for 5 seconds till hear beep into AP Mode.
  2. Smart switch: Press and hold the “OFF” button for 10 seconds till the indicator light blinking slowly to into AP Mode.
  3. Press “+” button to select “Electrical”(smart switch) or “Air Circulation"(smart ceiling fan) on the sidebar menu then select “Ceiling Fan Switch” or “Ceiling Fan” and tap next.
  4. Connect to your home WIFI (OnIy for 2.4Ghz).
  5. Choose AP Mode.
  6. Press “Next” button to connect the fan's WIFI signal.
  7. Choose the fan's WIFI signal “CarroHome-XXXX” then switch back to the
  8. Wait for connection complete
